Hi,

We need to use the I2C to set the register for BQ34Z100-R2 but we can't connect to the device( refer to the below picture), and we can read the register from I2C, so pleaes kindly provide your commet how to solve the issue, thnaks.

Hey Zhang,

If you can read registers after programming the firmware I believe it was completed successfully. BQStudios will show errors that occurred before and won't clear the error until there is a different error.

Sorry, I have the error description, we can't program the firmwave, but we can read the registers so we consider the I2C is nomarl, and the issue description is the picture, thanks.

Can you share a screenshot of the entire bqstudio screen when you attempt to program the firmware.
