TL3843: Marking of polarity

Part Number: TL3843

We noticed two types of polarity markings on these components: a strip to the left or a ring to the left.

Can you please confirm if both markings are original TI markings and what is the difference?

Hi Lucia,

TI uses several final assembly sites and it is not uncommon for them to use different part markings. Both of the top-side markings you show are consistent with the known assembly sites. However, I can't ensure validity of the product from these pictures.
