Hi,

I'm looking for flyback products. Are there products integrated FETs in TI's lineup? Please let me know if you have any recommended products.

・Input voltage: AC 85-264V
・Output voltage: DC 12V

    Hi Conor,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Currently the only options with integrated FETs are UCC28881 and UCC28910. But these are limited to very low power of less than 8W.

    Without integrated FETs, we have controllers like UCC28730/10/40 /00 which support this application.

    However we are currently developing controllers with integrated FETs for this application, but this is expected to available in end of 1Q24.
