i have a question regarding the feedback resistor recommendation. What is 7~15 mean? is that the resistance or what?

It is the ratio of the Rfb1/Rfb2.

got it, So for the example, if RFB1 is 390kOhm, and the ratio is 10, the RFB2 should be 39kOhm?

is this ratio recommendation only for LP8866 Type? or LP8863 also can use this?
