Hi Anyone can help us out to know the reason for incomplete switching off behavior of external NPN-PNP booster with UCC21750.
our used schematic is attached and the problem we are facing is the incomplete logic low level at UCC21750 out pins.
UCC 21750 PWM output pins are not getting properly off i.e. to logic low level (0) if buffer is used to increase source and sink current. and during PWM input low Driver Out Pins are having a voltage of 5V its not getting completely Zero with a power supply of +15V and -5V used for Driver.
