TPS2660: Negative output voltage transient

Is the TPS2660x tolerant to negative voltage transients on the output? As would be seen when opening the e-fuse with an inductive load on the output.

Hi Jessica,

TPS2660 can not support that. TPS2662 can support that.

Unfortunately the TPS2662 does not have a high enough current rating for my application.

Hi Jessica,

Inductive load will cause only transient negative voltage. You can use schottky diode at output to clamp that voltage.
