Is a PSPICE model available for the UCC14130-Q1? I have PSPICE A/D 17.4. I have a motor drive simulation and would like to add the UCC14130 to power the MOSFET drivers.

I found the TI library download, but it does not include the UCC14130.

David,

There is currently no PSPICE model available that TI can support for this device. There is a SIMPLIS/SIMetrix model available in the UCC14130 product folder here. This model requires the full licensed version of SIMPLIS to be able to run.
