LP2981: What is the output range for the adjustable version?

Seems like very few mfrs list the adjustable LDO's output ranges.

With the part, whose fixed versions only go to 5V, can the output of the adjustable version be brought up higher? Like 5.5V?

    Thank you for your question.

    As I can tell from the datasheet, it does not seem like this part has an adjustable version. 

    Typically for LDOs with an adjustable version, the output can be brought up higher, but since this part does not seem to have an adjustable version that will not be the case.
