LM2664: alternative P/n and longevity program

Hi TI guys,

Is it reccomended LM2664 in a new project?

i will use it to give negative power supply to ADS1220 AVSS (in order to acquire -0.2V from a sensor) and to deliver negative power supply to an op.amp to erase the offsett.

what about longevity program?

Do you have other part number to suggest to me?

Vin 2,5V to 5V

Vout -0.5V -2.5V

Iout at least 50mA

same case (sot 23) appreciated.

Hi Claudio,

LM2664 is suitable for long term project. From the feature perspective, would the Iout be a reason? The Iout limitation is 40mA.

Also if you want higher Iout , could you try LM2776?

Thanks for your reply.

LM2776 doesn't match with Vin needs for this project.

I have 2,5V to convert in -2.5V, LM2776 Vin starts from 2,7V.

Then I think LM2664 is more suitable for your application.
