Hi team，

For watch dog IC TPS3850, it shows that the IC failure rate is 25 feet, but for Functional safety requirements, it should be under 10 feet, so does the 25 feet of failure rate is the final failure rate? If there any possible to improve the failure rate?

    Hi! TI adheres to IEC TR 62380 / ISO 26262 and SN 29500-2 to calculate the FIT rates, and these are included in the Functional Safety, FIT Rate, Failure Mode Distribution and Pin FMA documentation.  These are the final values and there is no current plan to update this device or Functional Safety FIT rates. These Functional Safety FIT rates are in line with devices of similar function and complexity.
