UCC28782: Questions about constants in calculation tools

Hello,

I am considering the following products for GaNFET and gate driver to be used with UCC28782.
LMG3616,LMG3622,UCC5350SB
I am in the process of setting constants in the attached calculation tool, but there are some points that are unclear.
Please let me know your opinion on what numerical values should be entered in the blank spaces in the figure below.
Also, are the numbers entered correct?

Sorry for my late reply.

The curves are not mentioned in the datasheet. Can you please post this highlighting only the GaN part requesting for Coss vs voltage curve? I will also check here internally in parallel.

Hi Kaji-San,

I checked with the team, I will get back with the exact data as today is holiday due to labor day. But in between since these are 650V rated devices we can assume similar parameters as the EVM design.
