TPS62913EVM-077: loop response measurements - how to modify the EVM

Hello,  In the EVM documentation there  is a description on the modifications  which are required to measure the shown bode plot.

The description is not really clear how the circuit has been modified. Is there a  schematic to show how the modified baord will look like.  The direction is to inject a 100mV signal over the Resistor R5, and to add a Ohm resoistor on R8 which actually woudl shorten the R5.

Could sombody tell me how this loop measurement has been done like is this using a network analyzer.......
