Hello Sir,

We bought TPS7B6850QPWPRQ1 2 times, but we were seeing differences layout in lead frames for same die code G27B6850A1 and same COO TW, Please advise if this is normal and if it will affect its functionality? or any PCN of the changes?

Hi Grace,

Any changes to device function will be recorded in the datasheet and communicated via PCN.

Did you place orders through ti.com or a distributer?

Yes, we bought from Digikey and Arrow. please advise if two different type of lead frames not affect its function or do you have any relative PCN to share? thanks!

Hi Grace,

A PCN is issued if there is a change to form, fit or function. This should not impact device form, fit or function.
