TPS563203: Questions about output 0.6V.

Part Number: TPS563203

Hi

If the output voltage is simulated at 0.6v, there is no resistance to FB stage.

As far as I know, the ref voltage of the FB pin is 0.6v, so it came out like this.
When designing with another IC, the resistance below must be 10kohm.

No need for 10kohm resistance in tps563203?

Thanks

  • Hi David,

I checked it and our internal validation bom of TPS563203 for 0.6V Vout is with 10kohm resistor to GND.

Without an external resistor to GND, the FB node is a high impedance node and more sensitive to noise. That could work but much easier to be interfered by noises. I would recommend to use 10kohm for avoiding noise interference.

    Thanks,

    Andrew
