80µF is the minimum after derating for the input and output capacitance. 160µF of input and output capacitance is based on meeting a ±3% transient response requirement.
Keep in mind, you'll also need to balance the capacitors across the RBAT_SNS and RAC_SNS resistors. It doesn’t need to be 1:1 across the resistor. You'll also need an MLCC decoupling cap close to the switching FETs for both the input and output.
This advice will apply to all parts in the BQ2575X family.
