I would like to know differences between BQ28Z610 to BQ28Z620.

Is the BQ28Z620 the BQ28Z610 with 1.2VI/O support?

Also, is the availability of BQ28Z620 better?

    Yes the BQ28Z620 has 1.2V I/O support, this is the primary difference between the BQ28Z610 and the BQ28Z620. As far as availability goes, the availability should be similar between the two devices.
