TL2843 is a GP PWM legacy device that is used in a variety of isolated and non-isolated converter designs. TI does not offer Excel design tools for legacy GP PWMs but you can use WeBench, TI Power Stage Designer and check out the app notes and PSPICE models in the UC2843 product folder as well. I hope these resources help to design whatever topology the customer is interested?
