I can not get my USB2ANY to connect to my BQ79656EVM-021 board. When I press on the 2 U symbols, it tries to connect but then I get this error message.
My setting are shown below.
The jumper setting are:
J2, J18, J21, J6, J14, J16 are placed.
In troubleshooting, I've noticed there is no 3.3V at pin 6 of the USB2ANY 10 pin connector. Should there be? The green LED is on solid on the USB2ANY box. I have 53V at terminals PWR and CELL0S on the EVM board.
I have also tried another USB2ANY and got the same results.
I tried the USB2ANY on a BQ79631EVM-039 board and it would not connect to theUSB2ANY either.
I have reinstalled the BQAutoEval and that made no difference.
Any suggestions?
