Dear Team,

My customer is evaluating the TPS62A02DRLR. Their applicaiton is Enterprise machine / Multifunction printer, but they alway require the Pin Failure Mode Analysis (Pin open, Pin-to-Pin short) report for Power devices. Then, they ask us to provide the TPS62A02 Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMAFunctional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA report like as that of the TPS62A01 and TPS62A01-Q1.

Can you prepare and send me the TPS62A02 Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMAFunctional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA report, please?
