Are you referring to split-phase with neutral? I suggest using TPSF12C3 for a 3-wire system.

In the single phase solar inverter,
as i know it's Single–phase (L + N + PE), if so, is TPSF12C3 suited one?

It would be the TPSF12C1. Just curious, does the EMI filter for the solar inverter have one or two chokes? Our AEF ICs needs to be used in a 2-choke implementation.

Update the AC output wiring in DELTA PVI application.
L1 + L2 + N => Single Phase and 3-Wiring
L + N => Single Phase and 2-Wiring
Most EMI common chock in PVI has 2 stages, but less is only 1 stage.

For this configuration, the TPSF12C3 would be the correct choice.
L + N => Single Phase and 2-Wiring
For this configuration, the TPSF12C1 would be the correct choice.
Most EMI common chock in PVI has 2 stages, but less is only 1 stage.
