LMR43610: How to calculate Iq of this device

Hi team,

I am looking at Low Iq devices and I have a question on the low Iq performance of this IC.

The IQ of this IC is 2.5uA

However, this IC seems have leak (I Bias) and it is relatively large.

My understanding is that dominant leak of buck topology comes from Vin side; however, the above leak mentiones otherwise.

With that said, can you advise us on how to calculate the Iq?

Hi Luke,

If the LMR43610 OPN is the fixed output version (no external resistors setting the output voltage) and the output voltage is pulled up so the part stops switching, then the part will achieve low Iq status. The measurement of Iq is through VIN.
