    Hi Gauri,

    Since our devices dissipate very power the Junction temp is equal to the free air temp.

    Here it is mentioned that for logic device Junction Temp is equal to Storage Temp i.e 150; so can you please confirm for 

    TPS3803-01DCKR

    what will be the maximum TJmax.

    And also specify Junction temp is equal to Storage Temp or Junction temp is equal to the free air temp.

    Hi Gauri,

    150C is the absolute max and not advices for regular operation. The recommended operational temperature is between -40c to 85c.
