Please see the attached layout & schematic.

Input voltage is 12V from Battery and LED duty is 1ms on Camera 60fps.

the Cable length is 1.7~2.0M and no EMI filter/CMCC.

Customer tested their input & output current and found strange overshoot as below.

They think that it would be related the EMC noise. so, they need to check it with you and get your advice before modify their layout.
