LMR36015: LMR36015FSCQRNXRQ1

Part Number: LMR36015

Tool/software:

Hi,

This is regarding MPN - LMR36015FSCQRNXRQ1.

I captured the waveform of Inductor Current & Voltage across the switch.

My Doubt is:

1. I am seeing some weird behavior of Inductor Current while ramping up. As soon as as switch gets ON the Inductor current start rising & as switch gets OFF after approx 40ns the Inductor starts falling.

So during 40ns it will rise upto some level then starts falling. I also check the Inductor voltage waveform but i don't see any problem. Can you please explain me what's the reason for that?

2. While Inductor current rising the behavior is not smooth. Can you please tell why is it so?

PFA attached images of Circuit & Waveforms where:

IL represents Inductor current

VL represents Voltage across Inductor

VSW represents Voltage across Switch

VIN represents Input Voltage

My Requirements:

1. VIN - 6V-36V

2. VOT - 5V

3. IOUT - 250mA
