LMG2100R044: PGND and AGND are connected directly.

Part Number: LMG2100R044
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TL5001, SN74LVC2G14, SN74LVC3G14, , LMG2100EVM-078

Tool/software:

Hi

My customer configured the circuit with TL5001+SN74LVC3G14+SN74LVC2G14+LMG2100R044.

-SPEC-

Input: DC 5V

Output: DC 60V 5A

At no load, the output voltage is 60V, but even with a light load, the output voltage drops below 15v.
Looking for the cause, LMG2100R044's PGND and AGND are connected up close, could it be a problem?

Customer tested with LMG2100EVM-078 and designed the circuit, but the board they built does not work.

Then, can I get additional PCB Gerber file of LMG2100EVM-078?
And I'd like to request a review of the schematic, but they don't want to disclose the schematic.
If you tell me how to send it personally, I will send you a circuit diagram.

Thanks
