No.  If the device goes into UVLO it is reset.

When returning from a long off period, is the previous conduction period stored?

My question is about the behavior when the load goes from light to heavy load.

The circuit is ACF and uses UCC28782 on the primary side.

At light load, Toff can reach 200us.

Even if Toff is too long, does information about the previous conduction period remain when the next turn on?

As long the supply voltage to the UCC24612 is not lost the device will retain its memory of the previous cycle.
