This is FAE Jayden, My customer would like to know do we have a device which has the same package with UCC27282Q1 but without interlock function? Thanks.

    Hi Jayden,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Assuming the AEC-Q100 qualification is still necessary, there are a few options. The UCC27282-Q1 comes in 3 package options: 8-pin D, 8-pin DDA, and 10-pin DRC package and has a 3A/3A driver current and 5V UVLO.

    The UCC27284-Q1 is a device that is P2P and has no interlock in the D package and DDA package. It has the same drive strength and 5V UVLO. 

    The UCC27311A-Q1 is a device that is P2P with no interlock in the DRC package. It also boasts a higher drive strength compared to the UCC27282-Q1 as well as a 8V UVLO. It is on TI.com right now for sampling.
