Hello, 

The Single Event Test report for the TPS7H4003-SEP (slvk086a) shows in the test board and circuit diagram, "TPS7H4001-SEP" Additionally, the images of the die in both test reports are identical. 

Does this mean that these devices use the same active die and only passive regions are different?  Or is this an error in the *4003 report?
