Hello Team,

My customer is asking what percent of soldering area required for normal operation.

Do we have any guide or recommendation on the numeric percentage?

Please find the attached picture with current soldering has 46.461%. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi Kenneth,

I'm not sure we have a guide for that. However, the solder paste deposition should be uniform - it seems lacking on one side here.

Could I say to customer that 78% is recommended as datasheet solder mask?
