Tool/software:
I cannot get a TPS22929D part to turn off, once turned on. The TPS22929D is being used as a load switch.
VIN is connected to 3.3V, with a 1uf cap at each pin.
The ON pin is being driven by a driver with 3.3V.
VOUT is providing 3.3V volts to a plane that has 16 drivers connected to it.
What could be causing the TPS22929D part not turn off the power on the VOUT pin?
We have used this part in a similar application without issues.
