Could you please tell me about the formula of maximum duty and CT.
I want to know the formula expressed the figure 15 of datasheet.
Specifically,I want to know the capacity value of CT setting fsw=50kHz and max duty 80%.

From figure 7-15, if you want to limit the duty cycle to 80%, you need CT=1nF and select Fsw~600kHz. The UCC28C43 is not a PWM controller that includes a programmable max duty cycle clamp feature. The graph below simply gives an estimation as what the max achievable duty cycle that can be expected...it is not accurate like a duty cycle clamp.
