Could you please help give some comments for below issue? Thanks.

The customer is currently finding that the diagnostic message of the TPS929120-Q1 is not being read properly by the MCU. Using the logic analyzer, it was found that the TPS929120-Q1 responded to the message after receiving the diagnostic signal and the screenshot of the logic analyzer is shown in the following figure. However, the packet captured by the MCU during debug is incomplete. The MCU debug interface is shown in the following figure, only half of the packet can be captured. Could you please help give some suggestions about the cause of the problem?

    What is the meaning of lines in the figure? Do you mean the communication loss between the MCU and the device? Please show this issue in more details. and a complete file from the logic analyzer would be helpful.
