Hello,
My customer encountered an issue where USB disconnection was not recognized on the board developed using the HD3SS3220.
When connecting to a laptop with a C to C cable and then removing the USB connection, the customer's board may not recognize the USB disconnection.
The same issue does not occur with only USB 3.0 data that does not require MUX, and this issue occurs when MUX is activated.
Q1. Please advise on the cause and solution to this issue.
Q2. Please review if there is a problem with the customer's circuit below.
(For reference, the IC and connector are directly connected to each other through EMI filters.)
