LM5148: Output is abnormal

Part Number: LM5148

Tool/software:

please refer the yellow wave is HO, purple wave is LO. VCC and VDDA is 5V, Output is 2V.

Is this may be caused by MOS type? Befroe change this new PN# MOS,out put is OK!

    Hello Sam

    V(HO-GND) is too small. It should be 5V higher than 60V input when the high-side switch turns on but it is only ~6V.

    I couldn't find the ZMSA080N08 datasheet. Would you please send me the datasheet of this MOSFET?
