Hello,

My customer is looking for a DDR4 PMIC with output voltage/current monitoring.

Could you please recommend a DDR4 PMIC that satisfies the requirements below?

  - VIN = 3.3V

  - VOUT : VPP = 2.5V@0.03A / VDDQ = 1.2V@0.5A / VREF = 0.6V@0.01A / VTT = 0.6V@0.01A

  - Output voltage&current monitoring function

    Hi JH,

    The TPS51200 should satisfy all those requirements but how extensive do you need the monitoring to be? Are you just looking for a device that can indicate power good based on VTT output voltage level?

    The VTT output can drop out of range due to current overload so the PGOOD signal usually covers both OVP/UVP and OCP conditions.

    However, we don't have a DDR4 device with advanced current/voltage telemetry. You would need a separate device for that.
