My customer consider using TPS7A8101-Q1 for RF power, but we notice this is an old device, do we have newer device to promote, I think TPS748A-Q1 is suitable, can it be used for RF Power in Automotive Applications, thanks in advance~

PSRR≥-70dB;

Output Current≥600mA

Hey Jack,

TPS7A21-Q1 would be a great choice if they can use 500mA option. It has very good PSRR and very low noise.

TPS748A-Q1 and TPS785-Q1 are also good options.

Thanks for your reply, they mainly care about the output noise voltage, could you please help to provide the Output noise voltage for TPS7A8101-Q1，at the work condition when VI=5V,VO=3.3V,IO=300 mA, C(NR) = C(BYPASS) = 470 nF, thanks in advance~

Hey Jack,

Using Figure 23 of the device datasheet https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps7a8101-q1.pdf

The noise should be around 23.6 µVrms
