to support our RD team, we need a 3D model of the LMZ23608. We see having this essential for proper thermal management. Unfortunately, only ffotprint data is available on the TI.com, not full 3D model.

Hi Radim,

For thermal management and characterization, you can refer to section 10.3 and 6.6 of the data sheet. We do not currently offer a 3D model for this device.
