Currently we found the electrical characteristic of TPS3895A is suitable for our application, but we need a package with SOT23, which is reworked easier than the USON package

Is any alternative part available?

I listed the electrical requirements as follows and the description is based on the pin out of TPS3895A

1. SENSE : Adjust any voltage threshold as our intention down to the VREF in the chip

2. Enable : Active High

3. CT: the maximum delay is less than 100us

4. SENSE_OUT: Active High (Push-Pull type)

    Hi Ben,

    The closest device we have with your requirement is the TPS3808EG01DBVR.

    • This device has a separate VDD and SENSE pin with and adjustable threshold on the SENSE pin all the way down to .405V.
    • An MR pin, Manual reset, that drives the OUTPUT LOW when the MR pin is driven LOW, and OUTPUT HIGH when MR pin is driven high or left floating. Similar behavior as the active high enable pin.
    • Programmable reset delay with the CT pin. CT floating = 20ms
    • OUTPUT is active low open-drain.

    Below is the timing diagram for both the TPS3895A and TPS3808E for comparison.
