Hi,

when dumping my Golden image file, some of my IC's are getting damaged(unable to flash the GI code)(5% of IC's ), so we would like to what are the possible causes of this issues

Hi,

How are the devices getting damaged.

It is possible your communication is unstable and is corrupting the .srec/gm.fs file. This can lead to the gauge entering an unrecoverable state.

It is also possible your device is entering rom mode.
