I am using MC33063A as a boost circuit.
I would like to clarify the conditions under which switching falls into discontinuous mode. Please tell me the conditions inside the IC and the conditions of the external components.

    Hello nagata_taizo,

    Discontinuous mode is happening when the inductor current gets to 0 during a switching cycle. So if the load is smaller than half the inductor current ripple.
