What is the significance of turning on the [RMFCC] flag in DF?

Some fuel gauges have the [RMFCC] flag.

e.g.
bq27532-g1: Configuration:Registers:Op Config[RMFCC]
bq27545-g1: Configuration:Registers:Pack Configuration[RMFCC]

When this flag is ON, RM=FCC will be performed when a valid charge is completed.

Please introduce me to a document that explains in detail how this benefits the operation, remaining capacity, and lifespan of the battery pack.

I have already checked TRM 6.5.1.
This is the explanation of the condition of charging termination and RM=FCC, right?
What I want to know is the intention of RM=FCC.
Please introduce me to a document that explains in detail how this benefits the operation, remaining capacity, and lifespan of the battery pack.

Thank you for sharing the Impedance-track documentation.

It's a shame.

Only some ICs use the DF flag to control RM=FCC when charging is complete. Not all ICs with Impedance Track algorithms are applicable.

Even if there are ICs with the same Impedance Track algorithm, there are some that do not have the DF flag, right?

It would have been nice if you had explained the reason for having the DF flag and the differences (Prof/Cons) from other ICs.

I think the document would be even more useful if you included the background, reasons, and advantages of doing so in addition to explaining the settings and operation.

I hope you will use this as a reference for future information disclosure.
