Hi!
The pulse voltage was measured with LED0 when VDD was turned on.
Since the pulse waveform was measured even when the cathode and anode sides of the LED were open, we believe that the pulse voltage is coming from inside the IC.
Since the magnitude of the pulse voltage was about 3.3 V, we believe that it is coming from VDD.
Is there a path through which the voltage flows when the power is turned on in the internal circuit?
