One of my customers is considering using TPSM63606E or TPSM63606 for their next products.

At this moment, they have the following questions.
Could you please give me your reply?

Q1. What is different point between TPSM63606E and TPSM63606?
Is it operation temperature range only?

Q2. TPSM63606E price is about 4 times of TPSM63606 one.
Is this price difference for wider operation temperature range only?

Hi Kazuya,

As long as the customer's spec is within below table, it should be ok to use the TPSM63606 over TPSM63606E.

The only difference I see in the abs max table is being able to operate at -55C.

Hi Kazuya,

It seems like that's the case. The cost differs probably because of various factors like how many units we produce, how many units customers buy, the different process/material for -55C etc.
