I think the input current of the TPS50301-HT will exceed the maximum output current of the TPS54362-HT.

We don't have an Evaluation Module for the TPS50301-HT available.

I would recommend to use a newer part such as TPS62813M if possible and if its temperature range is sufficient. There is also an Evaluation Module available for the 4A version of this device.

I will involve our Mid-VIN team to assist you in selecting a suitable converter from 28V to 6V.

Thank you for the information.

The TPS62813M temperature range is lower than I am looking for. The maximum temperature should be 175ºC as the minimum. In any case, I´m going to study it.

I am looking for any converter that could reduce from 28V to 12V, or lower voltage, and can support 175ºC or more.

Thank you very much. I´m very interested in these 3 solutions, mainly in the first two. The problem is that I´m checking it to order but I can´t find any stock of them.

Have you any of them in stock?

On the other hand, it would be nice if these parts had a devkit with the LM5116-HT Synchronous  Controller (External MOSFETs) and another one with the TPS40200-HT Non-Synchronous Controller.

and TPS40200SHKJ in the ceramic flat-pack package  (210C max temp)
