I designed and MFR'ed the circuit below and for some reason it's not powering on. At one point a version of the circuit powered on and ran on this POE+ Switch. When I tried several other switches it stopped working. Then I tried the previous switch again and it fried the switch for some reason. No I'm doubting that i made the circuit correctly at all. I've tried several of my developed boards and none of them will even show that they are trying to pull power or negotiate at all with cisco switch or this switch. Please let me know if you need more of the circuit diagram to diagnose my issue.
