    Hello, 


    As long as the appropriate VCC voltage is applied to the UCC28070A controller, it can boost virtually any input voltage to virtually any output voltage, as long as Vout > max Vin.
    The voltages are scaled to the input ranges of the controller.  

    Yes, it is possible to construct a 50W PFC circuit using UCC28070A with Vout = 50V and Vin = 20V.  I assume that this is 20Vrms AC input.
