Hello Jeff,
1. The OCP function is enabled by default.
2. The BQ25758 should raise an interrupt to the host. The BQ25758 stop switching and wait for the condition before starting switching again.
3. You can check the flag registers in the datasheet for where the bit would be set.
4. This is the default behavior.
5. You can use the ADC to read the current. The ADC isn't spec and shouldn't be relied on an accurate current reading. There's an FAQ for how to activate the ADC here: e2e.ti.com/.../faq-bq25756-how-do-i-work-with-the-adc
