1. Is there TPS62A06 require for the EP pad to have a tin absorption rate greater than 75%?

2. For the Tooling: Soldering iron／Heat Gun／BGA reflow machine, what is the maximum temperature and maximum time?

1. This device does not have an exposed pad, so I believe this question does not apply here.
