Tool/software:

Can the max rate of current that is drawn from the input (supply) be set to a maximum of 1A?

If so, then how? 

My system requires that this charging circuit not draw more than 1A.

    Hi Bill,

    Thank you for posting.  The circuit has an internally fixed peak current limit.  The input current is basically the average of the primary switching current (triangle pulse train), so the internal current limit is not an input current limit. What is your input voltage range, and what are your Vout and max load current?
