EV2400: EV2400 : Not able to upgrade FW

Has this EV2400 ever successfully connected to a computer?

Have you tried changing usb ports?

May be some confusion here, Unfortunately my problem is not solved.

BQStudio is not detecting the EV2400

I was just referencing that many users have encountered the same issue, but unfortunately, no solution has been provided in any thread.

That is unfortunate, sounds like it is not an issue with the EV2400 but rather an issue with your computer or the windows operating system.
